they just called me and put me on hold  so i hung up

They do not have the right to call everyday.  I believe it is only 3 times a week they can call.  Answer next time tell them that ( research it online, there is a lot of info on this) Also, tell them to send it to you in writing.  If it IS you who owes, they will have your current address on file.  Always say you want it in writing. I get calls from them all the time. They ask me to confirm certain info, most of the time I won't. I paid off everything I owe to commercial credit years ago but they still call. Police said there's nothing I can do to stop it.

I had a phone call from this number and called back only to be put on hold. Because I only receive phone calls on my iPhone I simply block them. Don't hear from them again

I received a call from this number saying they were 'Commercial Credit Collections' and that I owed money to someone.   They asked me to confirm my name.   When I did not, but asked WHO I might owe money to, they got angry and said if I wouldn't confirm my name and cooperated, they would call me EVERY DAY !!!  

I take this to be harrassment.   I don't owe anyone any money and need to have them reported to where ???   A fraud investigation team ??  Bell was not able to offer any concrete advice.
