This number has called me multiple times, waking me up multiple times as well (I am a shift-worker). I have yet to speak with anyone, as each time I get to the phone they've hung up.

This number has been calling me for months, always during the day when I'm at work.
I finally called back, spoke with a very pleasant fellow with an Indian accent.  He explained that he was from Pulse TC, which was for international calls. He then asked me if I called outside the country often.
I said that I didn't know anyone outside the country, and I asked him to take me off their list.
He said he would do that.

I'll be annoyed if he doesn't, but he was nice as pie to me tonight.

You are a liar, Annoyedm! Pulse Telecom is my ld provider and it works perfect, none revoked their licence. Do you have an email address to scan and send you my last bill from them from april 21st 2010?It's obviously your little company can't beat their rates and connection and you try to denigrate this company. Tell me if you have less than 1.9 c/min to call UK and Netherlands and I'll sign up with your company.

Hi, Ahmed ,PULSE TELECOM have people in Costumer Service  speaking many different languages and dialects. I call Poland ,and I am of Polish haritage so they transfered me automatically to Polish group ,where their agent talked to me in Polish. That is neat :)) and very convinient for me ,in spite that I can communicate in English as well. I understand that some elderly people ,who call abroad ,do not speak English and can communicate in their mother tongue only. That is a great advantage for Pulse that they can provide service in many different languages. As a costumer of Pulse I can recommend You this company. Look at their webside:www.pulsetelecom.ca

They have tried to call me a couple of times now so I answered their call yesterday evening about 5:30 PM and when asked the person told me that he was calling from Pulse Telecom(s).  

I then asked them where Pulse Telecom was located and I believe he said "161 Bay St in Toronto"...  

It sounded like he was calling from overseas, poor line quality and heavy accent so I then asked where he was calling from, twice, and all I got was, "I'm Sorry Sir? What do you mean?"...  I asked to be removed from their call lists immediately and he said "Sure, no problem. Thank you, good bye."...

What do you mean, Annoyed? You mean that you are still on their lists? It's funny, cuz I've called their Customer Service and they put me on the Do Not Call list right away. Did you try to reach Pulse Telecom by phone?

I have been getting this number every few days for a few months now.I never answer,the phone number comes up as long distance number  They never leave a message.I have never called back and I hope they stop calling if they undrestand No Answer what means .
