I got a call on 4/10/2013

Phoned cell phone, did not leave message

They called here, asked for my son BY NAME (sounded automated) and when I handed him the phone, they hung up. Odd. When I called the # back was an automated message that said they were a company named (sounded like) Famtel Solutions a marketing and customer service company to other companies in a variety of fields, including banking, telemarketing and insurance companies. They also give you the option to put your # on their do not call list.

I just got a call from them and at first a girl answered and asked for my name and then all of a sudden it was a guy on the line and identified themselves as someone from RBC. They proceeded to ask me if I was available and I said no and they said they would call back another time and hung up. So odd.

Same exact thing. She said my name wrong so i correct her(bad idea) then some guy from rbc talked..john something). I ignored him so she got back online asked if i was still there. He continued and said goodbye.

Number constantly calls here, Phone rings 3 or 4 times, cause they know after the 5th ring our answering machine picks up.  If they do not have the courtesy to add their name to the phone number and wants to be "unknown name", then we (our household, including the people who board here) do not have the courtesy to answer it.   Our number has been put on the do not call list and if  this continues we will have no resort than to report them as harassment calls.

They keep calling me as well! He said he was calling from ¿samtel? On behalf of RBC. Everytime I tried to say something it just kept talking so I assume its a recording.  I hung up on him and he just keeps calling daily!! He was trying to sell identity insurance or something. I would never give that info over the phone.
