This number belongs to an organization using the name Pulse Telecom.  The telephone number is from a location in or near Hamilton, Ont or some other community in that area code locality.Legal advice to me is to place a complaint with the CRTC.  Also, start a call trace record for two weeks then make a complaint with the police of your choice.

I get almost daily calls from this number. I've never listened to their entire pitch but it's something to do with Telecom, probably long distance.

I've told them probably about a half dozen times to stop calling me and to take me off their list with no luck. Lately when I've asked they just hang up on me.

I received calls from this number 2 or 3 times a day for how long I can't remember anymore ... very very annoying .. pls stop !!!!!!!!!!!

I just submitted a complaint against this phone number on the CRTC site. Hopefully they can help stop these people from harassing all of us!
