Legitimate phone call from Canadian Tire Financial Services. I didn't answer and they left a voice mail message. I called the number on the back of my Mastercard to ensure it was legit. Sure enough it is, they called to confirm a purchase I had made to an irregular address. All good. :)

I just received a call from the same number. They are legit. They have called me about a transaction which i just did online!

This is a legitimate number for Canadian Tire. They were calling to confirm an online purchase.

It's just the Canadian tire HR team, can confirm. Work for a cantire company, they called back as I was expecting an HR call. Yall can relax

very bad calling and no body many times ,and when calling them say said check the number you are calling .

Got a call, all they did was sing and hum on my voicemail for 7-8 seconds, no message left.  A friend of mine got a call from them, they were trying to say that they had put too big a credit on his account months ago. He told them that since he only had 30 days to dispute a charge, they only had 30 days to dispute a payment...so, if they didn't like it, they could GTH since he was leaving the country, they weren't going to get their money back no matter what...Boo hoo hoo, the Billes Family paid too much, they will now have to declare bankruptcy.

I got the call but I don't have a MC either and when I returned the call (after googling online) they said I'm not even in their system, verified I have no card with them, and had no answers as to why someone had my name and number.

Received a call from this number but couldn't answer it.  I was online getting a refund from SGS Business Solutions and gave them my credit card # but CT refused the Western Union refund from SGS.  I believe CT was calling to verify information.

no that means someone is using your name to obtain credit!!!!
