Call display was: "(905) 703-4090", but real number is 100-137-0353. They introduced themselves as Conservative Party, asked to confirm our name and if we would vote for them?

When I answered the call there was silence at the other end. This was a very annoying call that I don't need. The name of the caller was 200-165-4540.
