My family recently received a mystery card from Ms. Cohen, with the number (905) 614-0865 on it. The card said: "We have recently been trying to contact you regarding your welcome gift."   Yeah, whatever.I have been trying to research the number. There have been several other complaints, and someone identified the company as RainSoft. Google them, and you'll find a lot of information on this company!!

Asked to speak to the owner of the house, said they were out, asked who was calling and all the girl said was "we'll try again later."

I responded with "I don't think they will appreciate you calling again" she responded with attitude "it doesn't matter what you think, we'll try again later." To which I responded "I think it does matter - " she cut me off and said "we'll try again later, ya ok bye" and hung up.

I called the number back went to voicemail saying "you've reached the desk of Ms. Cohen, please leave a msg."
