This number calls me, I say hello many times, I hear someone breathing, but no one talks.  Then I wait and ultimately he/she hangs up.  If this is a legitimate call centre, then speak.
The people on this report site who say it's a legitimate telemarketing site for Solo cell phones are obviously trying to dissuade us in reporting this number.  This is bogus.

A man was doing deep breathing into the telephone when I answered.Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at 7:35 p.m.The display read, "Out of Area".Another telephone in my home showed the number 1-(905) 595-4542.

i just called the number because they called me and i missed it.

it went to a "solo" company..

its definetely fake..

dont fall for any of it, the number isnt listed anywhere in 411 so its not real.

Same thing just happened to me.
