yes that happens to me every now and then at work, it comes up as a private number then a beep and goodbye...who does that?

This number calls me, I say hello many times, I hear someone breathing, but no one talks.  Then I wait and ultimately he/she hangs up.  If this is a legitimate call centre, then speak.The people on this report site who say it's a legitimate telemarketing site for Solo cell phones are obviously trying to dissuade us in reporting this number.  This is bogus.

These guys state that they are from "Solo Mobile" I am on the National DO NOT CALL LIST! I listened to this guy "Edward" talk and he said give me you CC# and I will send you a FREE phone. So i asked him for his number and the address and he did not provide me with anything, and hung up the phone. I called back the number and they started to threatin me......
