Received an evening call from (905) 427-3584.  I was at the home of a very ill (end of life) elderly person.The home owner was asked for by name.  I asked who may I say is calling, the lady caller said "This is just a courtesy call.  I asked what she meant by that, and she repeated herself and hung up.
