I got a call from this number this morning but i missed teh call. how do these ppl even get unlisted cell numbers? i don't give out my cell number and its not evenlisted so how can they call me? i don't even own any moeny or anything,lol never  borrowed any

Got a call from (905) 413-8647, do not remember person's name, a woman, who said she is from Global.  I asked Global what, she said she could not disclose this, the nature of her company, and I asked her again, she would not say Global what.  Then proceeded to be abusive about something I and the other person were not living up to responsibility about, but did not identify what this thing was.  When she would not say what her company was I said there are a lot of phone scams and since she would not tell me her the nature of her company I was not going to talk to her, and suggested I might report further calls to police.  Hung up.  She phoned back and left a message on my phone saying she was going to take some kind of property acton, did not specify what, or why. Left phone number and an extension: 8647.  Left threat on my voice mail about this. I suspect this is some sort of collection agency scam or other, but am listing it below as debt collector.  I do not have any debt in collection whatsoever, so may be a scam.  Googled Global, but nothing that resembled the nature of this call.

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  
When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  
I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number.
They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.
