Same message as above.........this time when the person answered he said the company was GLOBAL......

ive been trying to get my credit straighten out but know one would help me that is all i get is a machine what happen to speaking to a person so they can help you understand your paper work that i just received

Got the call .......no message....called back it went straight to a recording.  About this call may be recorded for quality control purposes.......then rang.  Person answered with a simple good afternoon.  No company name or anything.Thus I have nothing good bad or ugly to say.
