It's a call from a recording of a man with a british accent saying "Our records indicate that you are the winner of a prize (some amount of money here), press 1 to collect.."  I hung up at that point.

99% scam.

I just missed a call from this number - when I tried to call back the operator states "you have just dialed a number which is not in use"

Should be illegal for people to do this S***
