Person with India or area accent on the phone stating he's calling regarding the Ontario Energy Grant. Wanted to confirm I lived at my address in a house and was I the homeowner. When I told him I would contact them if I wanted a grant he became argumentative, that I was confused on why he was calling.

Received a call from this number showing a local Durham number. No answer on the other end, there was  a click and heard a recorded "Thank you" and the call disconnected. I will log this with https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca but I think other should do the same so we can stop these harassing calls.

I got 2 calls this afternoon, no person at the other end. I waited to see what would happen; a couple of clicks and a recorded messaged that said, "Goodbye."

received call from this number. caller had the worst accent but his name was Richard. I laughed and said that there is no way his name was Richard. Every sentence I said he could not comprehend and asked me to repeat. So I spoke slower and louder. he told me to go to hell. I think, hard to understand him. Incredible these calls go on day in day out. My contract with Rodgers is due April 9th I will be getting rid of my land line which I have owned for years. I pay all this money for this harassment incredible and no one to help.

This number calls me everyday he just finished calling at 8am I try to call the number back and no surprise u can't call it back the call won't go through this is getting annoying

this number called me asking for my name and i said yes this is justin and then she hung up but she sounded with a bad accent indian i guess the number was (905) 404-9915Ontario, Canada but it wint let me call back
