Called at 9:50 am on Good Friday holiday.  No one was on the other end of the line.  After about 5 seconds, I heard a click like someone actually picked up, but then the call ended after about 5 more seconds without any noise from the caller's end.

I called the number back immediately and was told by a recorded message that I was being called on behalf of Skyscape Communications.  I followed the prompts and entered my number to have it removed.  Time will tell if I've just removed my number or actually signed up for more unwanted calls.

Played some recorded message which I was half way through when I answered after 4 rings.  Quoted to call (647) 471-3136 for more information. I wont be calling, and will be adding it to my blacklist.

Called back and removal worked.  They called once to twice a week during the mid-day and do not say anything.  What a waste of time.  This should be illegal.

someone calls from 1-(905) 370-0460 and hangs up when i answer.
I guess some people have nothing better to do except bothering others.
Or this might be some kind of revenge from every human being he or she wants to get.

Not the first time - call from (905) 370-0460, i pick up the phone and there is nobody at the other end of the line. When I call back, the line is busy.
