Not the first time - call from (905) 370-0460, i pick up the phone and there is nobody at the other end of the line. When I call back, the line is busy.

Calls a lot but just hangs up!

They called but no one says anything. 905-370 is a cell # from call-net communications.

I answered but there was no one there.  When I called them back, I got a recording with instructions for removing my number from their list.  When I completed the procedure, I got another recording telling me that the process did not work and that I could try again later if I wanted to.  Want to take a bet that it NEVER works?

This number calls me frequently - each time I call back it's busy!
