Total Scam. .. Stay away do not call back.

I received the call from (905) 297-6700 but I was not home and had to listen to the message. Somebody introduced himself as Deputy Lieu Chen of OPP and told me to contact some other officer Thomas O' Brien of OPP ASAP. Otherwise thy are going to arrest me. He asked me to call at (647) 495-9411. He told his badge number : 4927.I tried both numbers but one is disconnected and the other says contact at the later time.I called OPP and they told me that there is nobody with this badge number. The officer online told me to contact Windsor Police if the call again comes. I think it was a Prank call. I am a heart patient and these calls can hurt me. As you know that one nurse have already died due to the prank call.Please let me know what should I do?
