I know I have received calls from this number when I had the land line. I now have a mobile (iPhone) and received a call from this number today, I was at work. I did not accept call, later looked at missed calls when I saw it was (905) 297-4280

Apparently it's CIBC insurance. If they call my cell again I'm moving all my money to RBC, and that's a LOT. Your choice CIBC...

SCAM!!! Two days in a row...this supposed person from CIBC wants to sell me accident insurance. Told them not interested...they continue to babble on..extremely RUDE...told them 2nd time to delete my name from their SCAM!

they keep calling everyday, I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE, i will cancel all my accounts with CIBC, I reported the number to the CRTC

WEIRD - they call me every 2 weeks...Tuesday late afternoons for the past couple of months...except, today is Wednesday and they called (thinking because Monday was a holiday??).  Today, I picked up and hung up immediately....usually for annoying telemarketers and numbers that I don't know that continuously call and don't leave a message - I pick up, put the phone on mute and wait....no one ever speaks.I'm liking one idea that was posted on one of the earlier pages - *67 first, call the number and do an annoying loud hang up on them...like the poster commented...revenge is sweet.As some people have commented that this is CIBC - remember this for any company that calls and wants to confirm your info with you...DON'T GIVE THEM DETAILS.  Years ago, supposed CIBC continued to call me, telling me that they needed to verify my info and asked me to give them my address, birthdate, etc.  I told them - you are the ones calling me looking for info, why don't you tell me what my address and birthdate are....there was no response.  Incidently, I did not deal with CIBC whatsoever, didn't have a card or acct of any sort - just remember this when anyone calls you - if they want info, tell them to confirm your info with them - if they don't, they are unreputable.Best of luck Folks.

Somebody called at 12H15 and when I answered the phone that person hang up on me.

the person used this number is absolutely a s**t, f*** them and their mothers!

PEOPLE if you have an account anywhere , read the fine print before you setup, chances are you waive the right to have them get your permission to give out your information.

Call 20-30 times a day since Oct. 2nd. I'm so sick of it!Number is from Toronto, I have no idea what it is. Never left message and I never picked up the phone.
