Got a message slip no information taped to my front door from Eco Can. Tried to call - went to voice mail. Tried to Canada 411 reverse look up - directed me to a facebook page.Looks like a scam to me as I was home all day and no one even tried to ring the bell or knock on the door.

Got the same slip. It sounds like a scam. Possibly a very elaborate way to case a house. They figure if no one calls back it might be a good target!I am going to ask my neigbhour if their security camera recorded anything.

Yup, got a notice too yesterday July 28, 2011,,, same thing called a few times yesterda and today and its' a recording.  Will be calling Canadian Anti Fraud Centre

Got an "ECOCAN NOTICE" taped to my front door. Appears to be a courier delivery slip, but only the date was filled in. States to call this number within 48 hours. After 8 rings, a recorded message stating "higher than normal call volumes".Obviously a scam.
