Cash Money...Google it and see what they say about them on other websites. They do not tell who they are. They left a message for me saying that: "Could you please call Kelly or Marie on (905) 219-6800 extension 227, from CMC..." This is the new trick. they don't tell you who they are, but they leave you a message to call them back.

I closed my account as they repeatedly kept trying to take out various amount mid month and at the end of the month. All PayDay loan companies operate in the same manner. I did not tell my bank I was closing my account due to NSF charges. From my understanding NSF charges against your bank account show on your credit rating immediately, PayDay loans do not . What you need to do is contact them right away in writing or email and keep all correspondance with them. Make a proposal offer and work from there. Once they have agreed and you are okay with the agreement keep making the payments arranged but DO NOT make it through your bank account, use Western Union or send money orders. Never send anything with the new account info on it because once they have that information they can try to dip in to your account again. If it does happen to go to collections it is their internal collection department. They have to be rude and tough or so they think to retrieve any money owing. Still wrong no matter the reason. After a few attempts with nothing in return from you then it can be reported against your credit. So contact them in writing right away to hold things off for a little bit until you can sort out what you are are able to pay and when. Just do not hold it off for too long. Maybe send a letter stating that they will have a proposal from you by XXXX-XX-XX and be sure to send one by the date specified. The key is to stay a step ahead of them so you can prove that you tried and they were in the wrong!!

Keep calling for someone, keep telling them that they are no long at this number and calls like 3 times a day... Very igornant and very rude

hAVE YOU TRIED ACTUALLY TELLING THEM YOUR NUMBER SO THEY CAN REMOVE IT? cALLING THEM AND LEAVING A MESSAGE TO STOP  IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. yOU SHOULD LEAVE YOUR NUMBER TOO SO THEY KNOW WHO THEY CALLED AND THEN REMOVE THE NUMBER. I WORKED A CALL CENTER AND WE GOT CALLS LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME.  THEY PROBABLY CALL THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE A DAY.

Can you actually cancel your bank account if you're in the hole with nsf charges?
