Cash Money...Google it and see what they say about them on other websites. They do not tell who they are. They left a message for me saying that: "Could you please call Kelly or Marie on (905) 219-6800 extension 227, from CMC..." This is the new trick. they don't tell you who they are, but they leave you a message to call them back.

they will keep calling you if your payday loan chq bounces, and they will try to take out different amounts from your bank account to get around any stop payments you may have put on that account, since you have to specify an amount, and i have had a nightmare trying to close my account as they keep generating NSF charges now into the hundreds......best thing to do is just close your account if you are unable to pay

hAVE YOU TRIED ACTUALLY TELLING THEM YOUR NUMBER SO THEY CAN REMOVE IT? cALLING THEM AND LEAVING A MESSAGE TO STOP  IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. yOU SHOULD LEAVE YOUR NUMBER TOO SO THEY KNOW WHO THEY CALLED AND THEN REMOVE THE NUMBER. I WORKED A CALL CENTER AND WE GOT CALLS LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME.  THEY PROBABLY CALL THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE A DAY.

This is the outbound display number for Cash Money.  I too got repeated calls from this company even though I had made arrangements with them to steadily pay down what I owed them.....which I was keeping.  I had put a stop payment on a cheque to them and they took a random amount from my bank account.  I was alarmed by this practice and spoke to my bank manager.  Apparently they routinely dip into people's accounts.  She told me they always do it close to the first of the month, deliberately bouncing people's rent cheques.  I ended up with a domino effect of NSF fees on my account.  I closed my bank account and opened another and will **NEVER** do business with Cash Money again.  I think their practices are completely unscrupulous.  I think they get away with it because no-one complains because they are so embarrassed that they had to go to Cash Money in the first place.

you cant close it, but you can freeze the account to prevent those leeches from sucking up your money and/or running up NSF fees. I froze my account and opened a 2nd account. Banks let you do this, and he next the cash money calls you just tell em' "I froze my account and you'll never see a dime".

This is only recommended if you have bad credit already, but since you went to cash money I doubt you had any to begin with lol.
