This is a "spoofed" number.Phishing call spam from "Credit Card Services". ?forwards you to an operator "verifying" your personal financial information when in fact you are just supplying them your info.

If you try to speak to a representative, they will only talk to you if you give them what you want. I told them that I wanted to be removed, and I was promptly hung up on.

I do not want phone calls from this number

Someone should hunt these a s s h o l e s down and burn their s h i t to the ground and put them out of business.  The government can trace them but are too stupid to do anything.  It'll take a congressman getting fed up with the calls to finally get something moving.

This number called me and hung up as soon as I answered! Its shown up on my caller ID about 3 times the past week but no voice mail.
