Called me, no VM and I called back and it does not work. Must be spam.

Damn scammers........ tired of getting these calls. I didn't answer as usual and they didn't leave a message as usual.They called me at 11:30 am and I'm in Abbotsford BC

Got a call ; went like this:

"FOR BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER OF COSTCO YOU HAVE WON A PRIZE PRESS 1 TO ACCEPT" (in a VERY loud and annoying Text-to-Speech voice)

Me: 1

--Music for about 30 seconds--

Congratulations you have won a prize, you must meet two things to qualify; are you over 35;

Me: No

Great; Do you have a credit card?

Me: No

Oh, Sorry you dont qualify.. Have a great day

WAIT: please remove me

just got a call from this number..same thing..from bell saying they had a special promotion. I pressed 1, they asked me if i was over the age of 25, i said yes, they asked me if I had a valid credit card, I said yes. They then asked me for the number..at which point i said 1 2 3 4 5 go f**k your hat..expiry date ten billion and 22. They hung up rather quickly. Idiots. Im in london, 2 hrs outside toronto Ont.

Got the call from (780) 947-8989 claiming I won a lot of air miles points.  I did press 1 as I wanted to find out how they would have gotten my office number.  When I persisted, I was transferred to an RCI timeshare rep in Cancun.  Of course, they could only hold my spot until the end of the phone call.. HAHAHAHA.  She proceded to tell me the number of ways they could have gotten my number, recently travelled to a RCI destination and/or attended a time share presentation, entered for a price or was referred by a friend/family.  She was pleasant when I requested her to remove me from whatever list/system she had me on and confirmed that she had removed me from there list.I agree that it is probably a scam as I'm sure somewhere along the conversation she would have asked form my credit card.

They phoned at 6.00AM this morning I plan to report them
