We are getting repeated calls from (780) 638-1650. ?We return home to find, they call and play LOUD blasting music on our answering machine, or they call let it ring once or twice at the most (not even enough time to answer the call)and then hang up. They have also been calling in the evening as late as 9:30 PM.  I have no idea who this is, but it is annoying and displays very poor telephone etiquette !
