This kind of call is going epidemic since few weeks... It a FRAUD, they want to get your financial information to clean your bank account !The idea of complaining is good but the best place is probably some police departmentas GRC or a big city one... They can find them by the phone number...

It's the 21st century and the Phone company can't even put a stop to these scammers, how pathetic. I guess the phone company must be making money from them also.

Pls stop calling me early in the AM, afternoon, evening. re Anne. who wants to do a political survey.  PLs stop.  My daughter just died and I have so many important calls form all over the US and Canada. This is cruel.  Ps stop, whoever you are.

1.  Call the CRTC and go on the do not call list.  1 +1 866-580-3625
2.  at the same time register a complaint.  I did the *69 to find the number that called me.

CRTC told me they have many complaints.  They are getting around the do not call by calling it a political survey.  This is a SCAM for sure and they only want to talk to those who stay on the line.

11:08 a.m. received a call from (778) 785-6244.  It went to answering machine. no message left.  This is in Edmonton.
