I have been receiving calls from (604) 520-3565 & when I answered they said they were doing the survey.  I did answer a couple of questions but refused to give my last name or address.  They called back to say I won a prize of a couple of days in a hotel or $100 certificate for any grocery store I wanted to shop in.  They asked me for my address to send it to me & I told them I wanted to check them out first & they gave me another phone #(604) 629-7983 & the website. I am glad I checked this out & found it only by accident.  They called again today but I did not answer.

Just received a call from this number. Told him I was not interested. He had the cheek to call me again after i hung up. What do you do with these type of calls!

Spoke with a representative there who confirmed they are conducting these surveys. These calls are coming from an office Healthtek has in the Phillipines. I did ask if they are outsourcing to a different company, and he stated they were not. However, it seems that the offices operate fairly independently from each other.

He claimed that if you ask to be placed on a "Do Not Call" list they will not call the number again.

He also said that the procedure is that they dial you, if you complete the survey they forward your information to the office in BC, who will call you to book an appointment about their products and services.

When I advised him that when I asked for contact information from the last agent, she terminated the call, he stated that if such an occurance happens again, to call their BC office and report it, and they will have your number forwarded to the office in the Phillipines to be placed on the "Do Not Call" list.

have been called at least 35 times - probably more, but I don't have caller display!  This is clearly telephone harassment, I can't believe that there is no recourse.  I will be trying the various solutions offered here, thanks to all who have contributed.  Healthtek must be one great company to work for!  Having survived the "Kirby Vacuum" indoctrination, I think I can deal with this bunch!
