This number IS NOT calling on behalf of RBC. I contacted RBC, and they have no knowledge of this company... any marketing they do, is with a 1-800 number, that is clearly identified on call display as RBC

It is a RBC telemarketing company never trust them or give them private information even if they claim to be apart of a larger parent company such as RBC.

I picked up and said hello. An automatic message said "Hello, Good Bye". Then hung up confused the hell out of me

They just called me and it was definitely fishy. A woman first replied asking for so-and-so and I said this person was not available and if I could take a message. Then I get a man saying he's calling on behalf of RBC. I was totally thrown off with the switch and thought I was talking to a machine that was ready for the rejection. RBC never uses a cell phone to contact people unless it's like your financial advisor but even then they wouldn't. I would say just ignore the call or tell them they have the wrong number.

It was a company offering consumer credit protection on behalf of RBC. One month free trial plus a copy of your credit report from Equifax then $17.99 a month after that unless you cancel within 30 days.

RBC doesn't do there own telemarketing, they contract it out like every other company in the world...

Just recieved a call from this number did not answer it. I don't answer calls from toll free numbers and if it is important thye can leave a message and I will get back to them.
