This is a collection agency that's been calling for months Lookin for someone who does not live in my home, whom I DONT even know.. Yet because our last names are the same, apparently, they continue to harass my home. I've repeatedly told them the person does not reside here, never has. And to please stop calling. They demanded to speak to this person and then had the NERVE to tell me they will continue to call until they get what they want. They also call my inlaws, in the same neighbourhood, looking for this person.
I'm not sure how they keep their job with these stink attitudes, honestly. If you ask for a supervisor, they hang up on you and call back in an hour or so. Sickening. I will find out who they are and report them.
