I just received a call from this number here in Calgary. The caller id said "Ontario" and I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer it. Surprisingly they left a message. It was obviously a robot call as the beginning of the message was cut off. But, it appears to be an outfit doing the Credit Card interest rate reduction scam. I've been receiving repeated calls from (519) 800-1046 talking about reducing my credit card interest rate for the last week. Looks like it's another group trying the scam or this one group has more than one number they are calling on.
