I was given a basic free life insurrance policy from Scotia a number of years ago cuz i was a loyal customer. I was originaly told that i would have it as long as i stayed with them, then all of a sudden one day i recieved a letter stating that as of a past dated my policy was cancelled & no i haven't even closed the account even to this date. But they keep calling to try to sell me a policy even though i have told them once before that i wasn't interested. It is a cell phone number that they keep calling me on, i hate telemarketers calling & pestering me on my cell!

Pushy. Twice I said I didn't want it, and she kept talking at me. Eventually just hung up on her.

Woman calling was rude, wanted to know who I was without telling me what she was calling about, had to ask her to put me in the do not call list 5 times and tell her I would phone the crtc 3 times before she would stop asking who I am first, don't call my f*cking number and ask who I am you are calling me!!

I just got a call at 6pm west coast.. wanting me to buy a insurance in case of sickness31.00 per month and to give them a verbal ok to have it come off my Visa.. The answer I gave them was a big no...these two Heather being one.. the finalizer was bullying.. dominate and pushy..  My husband finally gave them the yell.. hang up they are scammers...!!  What upset me was that they had personalinformation on me.. only the bank would have known..

just got a call from (647) 288-3817 - they hung up when I answered - I am in Vancouver, 647 is an "OVERLAY" number on top of TORONTO 416, since 416 ran out of numbers- it can be anywhere in the entire 416 area code of Toronto. Someone on this forum just stated SCOTIA ( Bank of Nova Scotia ), and since I blocked all 416 calls because of repeated Scotia Bank Telemarketers, this would make sense. Now I have to start adding area code 647 calls to the spam filters...

Guy with heavy accent, says he is calling from scotia fianancial... i say not interested, he says but..... and i hang up

Some firm calling in behalf of Scotia bank, listened for about 5 min while I was busy doing something, then said no thanks.  They still call.  Just selling insurance or something.
