I'm from Belleville as well. This # has called my house frequently. I think the only thing to do is go to Bell.ca and flood them with complaints. I'm pretty sure they won't do anything but what else is there? I've sent 10 complaints in the last 15 min.

i have decided to google this number and i found this page...
this is the first day that i have been recieveing calls from this number, (613) 966-4768) is it  TD Canada Trust.??

anyway, the calls started aroung 6pm at night and continued till about 20 minutes to 1am in the morning *so I recieved about 5 calls so far** , i am in belleville ontario too,i have a virgin mobile cell phone, and i dont always keep my cell on ring, usually it is on slient because i am always working...so i havent picked up when this number calls so far, i tryed calling this number back a few times and it doesent even ring, i get this long dial tone then this really fast busy signal, and and if i dont hang up with in around a 30 seconds or so, it disconnects me.

I will be back to update you all within a couple of days..

I also live in Belleville and have been getting calls for years, when I pick up it sounds like a fax machine. any help would be great. Bell does not seem to careBrad

Also from BellevilleIt seams that lots of people are having the same issues with this number, And yet our cell phone and land line service providers do nothing to stop it.. Thanx Bell for protecting us from this scam, waste of time, stupid annoyance, or what ever it may be.. I feel like such a valued costumer... YEAH Right!
