This number has been calling me since I got my Telus cell phone. Drives me absolutely nuts! I get the same thing, answering and hearing the beeps, as well as a very long message left on my machine with the beeps. I have also tried calling the number back and have always been disconnected. I'm in Belleville as well. I'm almost glad that I'm not the only one being bothered!
