I also live in Belleville. I get this call everyday around the same time. Sometimes it rings until my answering machine gets it, where nothing takes up 1 minute of my machine. Sometimes it rings three times and hangs up.
Very annoying!! Nice to know I'm not the only one!

Ok it is 2am and I just got a call from this number as well. Funny thing is they hung up on me. No nothing. I have three small children and to have some a$$hole call me this early is really inconsiderate. I would like to know who this person is so I can find them!

It's TD Canada Trust.My guess.. it has to do with their insurance division ( as I just did a free online quote a few days a go and I have had a few calls from this number since then ).I'm located in Belleville, ON, for reference.
