I just received a call from that number--it was a hang up as usual, so I called it back and got a recorded message.  They claim to be RBI, specializing in telemarketing services.  I have added my number to THEIR do not call list (which may not take effect for 72 hours).  We'll see--I doubt that'll stop them. Why am I having to sign up for the National Do Not Call list, when these idiots ignore it?

Everyone says its RBC or RBC Visa ... well I'm not with RBC .......  and don't know how they could get my number.

I always get calls from (613) 932-0365 it's frustrating

one other thing, if you don't want em to call you back, answer your phone with "THIS IS A SECURE LINE FROM HOMELAND SECURITY, PLEASE IDENTIFY YOURSELF!", then tell them that they can get into a lot of trouble if they call that number back, worked for me......lol

This number has been calling me too quite a bit lately.  I called back and got the voice mail.  When it asked for all my information I simply gave them the name for the Federal Minister in charge of Privacy and the phone number for that department.Hope they enjoy the calls as much as I did.
