Same thing. no answer and "not in service"

Have had five (5) calls from number since Monday, writing this on Wednesday. No VM, no answer and according to recorded message when number is dialed it is "not in service". Annoying to say the least.

I receive at least 3 calls a day from this number.

Next time pick up the phone and wait for the answer. The will talk to you. They will tell you that who they are (Weeds...Care).

Make sure the call agent from the other end answers the phone and he/she will tell you whom they are.

This numbers keeps calling my home phone number every day and no one one talks. I tried to call that number and no one answers. It is annoying. How can I make that stop?

This number is a third party selling services on behalf of credit cards. I told the guy I am not interested because I am a student with no income and It still keeps calling. I just had a call a few minutes ago from the same number so I am posting here.
