The caller:  (604) 882-5010They call many many times, - some times the display reads"Central Hm Improv"and other times it says "Unknown Name".Area code 604 means Vancouver.  I am in the interior of BC.  If I want to hirea home improvement company I will choose some place closer.Trying to block the caller does not work, so I believe they have a 'display' numberdifferent from the one they actually use to make the call.Shifty, shady, - and to be avoided like the plague.  Any company who is thatdishonest and sly will not be good to do business with.
