It's an auto-dailer checking to see when you're home.  You'll get those telemarketing pricks calling around the time you answered the phone.

Called from (604) 637-6343 again today.  Called them back and went up one side of them and down the other.  Caled Telus who sent me on to the National Do Not Call Registry @ 1-+1 866-580-3625.  Went to the website instead (https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/insnum-regnum-eng). They've got 31 days to take you off the list.
