This number is used by Skype which means the call could be from just about anyone using the Skype service. ?Because a lot of scam type calls come through on this number, I always let it go to voice mail and see if they leave a message.

this is a call from SKYPE !  for sure ! some people use it to avoid longdistance charges, but as it is an internet phone (voice over IP) the line can be bad ! so yes, maybe all you hear is typing, garble, nothing or ??  not sure what the message is if you call it back, maybe it depends on how they have their account set up but it is definately from someone using skype.

(604) 602-9478 someone called from this number today many times.
Could be someone I know, perhaps the Exes, who knows.. Not answering till they identify themselves by leaving message etc. I don't answer strangers!

this is starting to get a bit ridiculous, I called my phone provider to complain and see if i could get this number blocked, there is nothing they can do..What is the point of having a pvt number. Whoever you are calling from this number all you are doing is irritating the hell out of people.

This number called me with a female recorded message in Chinese.  It repeated over and over and....

My cellphone received the call from (604) 602-9478, but the signal was very bad, and I dailed back, says "Not in service". But I remember the voice, a woman speak Mandarin with a strong Taiwan Dialet accent.My husband got the the call from this number again, I noticed this woman. She said we won a price, $138,00 USD. They opened a resort on Pender Island around Vancouver Island. I logged into "the company's website", most of the the pictures are come from Mexico. It's not only funny--think who is going to sunbath by the sea in the chilling Canada all year around, but also show that they ARE the scams.
