This guy is definetly creepy.  Has called me 5 times.  Spoke in Hindi.  Left one message, very muffled with a whip in the back ground.  I'm reporting it to the police.

Could be someone I know, perhaps the Exes, who knows.. Not answering till they identify themselves by leaving message etc. I don't answer strangers!

Got a call from this number today. It stated private name but the number showed as (604) 602-9478. I don't answer private calls, but decided to call back to find that the number was un-assigned.
