They are a heating, plumbing, renovation company.  DO NOT order things or get them to renovate fr you.  We got scammed $42,000 and thy won't return calls or refund money. Worst part is, our house has major structural damage because the idiots Bill Bullock hires are idiot. We got sold on words. Major rip off scammers. If anybody knw where they live, I would like to know, so I can get my money back!

person called today with the name w.bullock as well on caller id. i answered but no reponse

Received calls from (604) 588-4825.  Upon further review, the aforementioned telephone number is listed under William Bullock (or High Efficiency Homes).  There is another telephone number you can reach a live person for this person & company to communicate the termination of their annoying calls.  This tel # is also listed under William Bullock at (604) 588-3426.  They are based in Surrey, BC.

Do you know who W. Bullock is? we just received a call from that number today.
