Great store if you want crap first sold me defective scooter that caught on fire.Now they say on their website it says they have a full service repair shop and asked if they can fix my scooter and they can not and will not cover any warranty. Said I was a dirty Hindu and I broke it.

Bought a scooter from cit-e-cycle and it only lasted two weeks before breaking down. The electrical wires melted together and the harness melted. Brought it back and they will not even cover this under warranty. Motorino model paid huge money and it is a piece of garbage. Said it was my fault.what a load of garbage. I was stung with this lemon scooter Mark sold me. Warning never ever go to cit-e cycles in Surrey they are really bad people. Pass this on to all your friends spread the word these guys are the worst ripping of an old retired man like me. Dam it I used all my savings for this garbage bike and look no warranty and was told to suck it up and quit crying by the owner of City-E Cycle. Very poor shop to deal with.

Bought a Ebike from cit-e cycles in Surrey.A motorino model.What a joke the electric motor stopped working after 2 days of driving.When I returned to get it checked out and under warranty this guy Mark told me I must have driven it hard.What a joke.When I wanted to see the manager **** and he told me to leave and forced me out of the store while pointing a can of bear mace at me.Told me that I was a dumb raghead hindu and swore at me.Told me to go cry to some one that cares.And said all hindus are scammers and dumb. Told me warranty would not cover the damage.Do not trust these guys.Brought the ebike into an other dealer and they told me the was not wired up properly and the whole bike was poorly assembled.What ever $300 later I am on the road.Also found out it was a factory refurbished model that was damaged and shipped to B.C.Every thing you was told about this place & the sales people is true here.These guys are the worst.MARK is a criminal....truly a low life scum bag.

Bought some batteries from this company and they do not even hold a charge.Found out from a battery dealer these are not made for scooters but are alarm batteries.This guy at Cit-E-Cycles is a con man and a rip off artist.Sold me cheap batteries and will not return them.On top of that he called me a cheap [***] Hindu and told me to go back to India.Also said I stink of curry,what the hell.I will never send any people to this pos.Mark Moore your a bad man and a con man.Spread the word around this is a warning to all stay away from Cit-E-Cycles Whalley.I hope karma bites you back 10 fold.Thanks for reading my warning Harjit Gill.

Before you buy a City-E-Cycle scooter pls don"t.i bought one from City-E-Cycle in surrey about 6 weeks ago I had a flat and called the dealer he promised to call the distributer to get me a new one never heard back from him.They did not have any parts.Then about 2 weeks ago the back wheel broke at the hub it had to have been a defect after many calls they agreed to give me a new wheel value 89.00 but they could not put the wheel on at my house they would have to charge me 75.00 for pick up and delivery ok when they brought it back to me the cassing that couvers the batteries was broken and they put plastic staples in it to hold it together also they did not put all the screws back in. I called for 2 days could not get to them finley when I got them they told me they of course did not do it.And said that I was a dirty Hindu and we all lie.Called me an illegal scum sucking pig.Very rude and disturbed guy. But I have pictures showing the damage they caused.Stay away from them total crooks. Look on the net many horror stories all similar in nature. Cheap china made e-bike and scooters.bottom of the barrel s***.
