Don't waste your time with these clowns. First make a complaint to the CRTC . five minute online form to fill out.Second. Buy a phone with call block. Such as Panasonic. After reading the instructions its painless quick andeffective. The phone will recognize the number ring once then disconnect . Or this the option of this phone to beprogrammed - Do not disturb.Boo- Ya
