Communication with debtor
A collector must not continue to communicate with a debtor except in writing, if the debtor has notified the collector to communicate in writing only, and has provided a mailing address at which the debtor may be contacted
For example: This is to direct you to communicate with me in writing only at the following email address:
I recommend that you put this notification in writing to the collection agency and the creditor in a manner that would provide proof that this action has taken place. This could include fax with confirmation, email with confirmation, registered mail, or a cc of your email to the Mainland British Columbia Better Business Bureau. Be sure to keep a copy of the letter for your records. Fax Wiggins at (604) 530-4977as faxing is the most efficient method of contact ensuring that you keep a copy of the fax confirmation allowing 4 to 5 business days for the business to process your information. If the calls do not stop, you can file a complaint with The BBB, or here: http://www.consumerprotectionbc.ca/

I have been recieving calls from (604) 530-0211 for a year now. They called
Twice simultaneously , i missed the calls as I do not answer
Unknown #'s. at first the messages were automated.
Today a Message was left from an intimidating woman's voice
Demanding I call her back IMMEDIATELY refer to case #
Blah blah. .. She sounded like as if I committed a
Murder or something ! Yeesh. I know I don't own anyone money
Or have unpaid parking tickets ( that I know of) so it probabily is
The Safeway parking ordeal. As I often shop at Safeway, then detour
To a little Asian grocier half block away for items Safeway
Do not carry.

Constant harassment calls twice a week. These have been continuous for
3 YEARS! Often threats of impounding my vehicle should I even enter a
DIAMOND PARKING-ENFORCED SAFEWAY LOT !
I don't respond to these calls because of 'call display'. They are computer
generated.
Name of company:
WIGGINS ADJUSTMENTS LIMITED
604 - 530 - 0211
These morons are a supposed collection company. The calls are intimidating
and unlawful. Safeway Corporation seems unwilling to do anything about this
problem. After doing an internet check ( Google - " Safeway Parking lots and
Diamond Parking Limited " ), I've discovered 100's of similar complaints from
various shoppers . We all have been cited for ' walking off the lot ', even though
we've purchased products at Safeway.
PLEASE GET THEM OUT OF MY LIFE !!!!
