I just got a call from this number. Thy hung up as soon as I answered.

Will be good idea to call ICBC and ask if the number belongs to them. if not they can investigate who is calling using their name, they have good resources I presume

Who are these scammers who say they are from icbc doing a survey questioner,and their phone number appears as (604) 381-0381? Is this really just another devious scheme devised by icbc???
