Who owns this number, I got a call my screen shows this number I called back and the answer is the phone number is disconnected or not in service. Fishing or what?

Will be good idea to call ICBC and ask if the number belongs to them. if not they can investigate who is calling using their name, they have good resources I presume

Who are these scammers who say they are from icbc doing a survey questioner,and their phone number appears as (604) 381-0381? Is this really just another devious scheme devised by icbc???

i got the same thing!! missed multiple calls from this number. called back and it is not in use.

NUMBER CALLS EVERYDAY AND DOES  NOT LEAVE NUMBER OR MESSAGE / CALLED BACK AND IT IS DISCONNECTED
