This number did work, and in fact the lady that answered asked for my number and said that it would come off all their lists within 72 hours, here's hoping they do just that.

unbelievable! That a company like Telus would play such games with there as they put it VALUABLE CUSTOMERS........what a joke. I will be cancelling my service with Telus all phones, business, personal , all company cells. I am sure if everyone gives this message to them $$$$$$ they might start to get it.Very Disappointed TELUS!Many calls to cells, office and home. Hanging up almost everytime I answer UNACCEPTABLE!
baby call me crazy

i have a solution: i use a VoIP provider and i can configure my own phone switching thingy. i use it so i can call home from my cell and my house phone then calls my g/f in the US (for free). but there's plenty of spots open on the call-specific-forwarding area ... i just redirected TELUS to the Rejection Hotline. so now if they call, it will auto answer with a voicemail saying they are "not my type".
there are tonnes of Rejection Hotline numbers out there, but the Vancouver one i used was (778) 786-8557.
at least if they bother to listen to the message they might get the hint and realize i've caught onto them and stop wasting their own time.
