yes they talk to you and tell you "it is not possible" (although you see it black and white in front of you) they are nice telling you nothing needs to be removed since the rep has the info that it is removed but somewhere in Telus it is given out. It is time that Telus makes their practices known to the public

as of October 2011, I was informed by Telus to call 1-+1 800-567-0000 - option 1 to have your number removed.

Just got another call... my senior father finally answered and it took about 30 seconds for someone to speak on the other end, then the agent (with a 'foreign' accent) would say "you are not a telus customer" and my dad would say "how did you get this number?" then the agent would say "you are not a telus customer" and then my dad would say "how did you get this number?" and so on. This must of went on ten times before my dad said good-bye and hung up. It was actually quite humorous. The agent would not engage in any conversation beyond the script... it might as well have been a machine on the other end. We'll see if we get another call...

If you have shaw as a home phone provider you can block their number by calling *60 then press 3 to activate, then *80 and #(604) 310-2255#. I used to get 3 calls a day, now they cant call me anymore.

They call me multiple times a day and their calls have woken up my baby many times. I will be blocking this number as they won't stop calling!
