Caller: CBV?

I get regular calls also. They leave the same message always. " This message is for <my name>. then they hang up. This has been going on for a year or more. My credit rating is excellent. I have no outstanding debts. I might call them next time I'm in Vancouver and ask WTF is going on. A

i called back number (604) 296-3233 reached IVR for CBD Collections Service Limited.

Left a message for me on my husbands phone saying to call them about an “important matter” but didn’t say where they were calling from or why
