received a call from this number, said they were going to help me lower my credit card interest rates. I asked for which card and he said CIBC. I've never banked there, so I told him that he was a piece of s*** scammer, and he proceeded to spew out filthy language and make comments that were too inappropriate to post here. These people are dirt bags, hang up on them, or better yet block this number completely. The Do Not Call Registry is a joke, and anyone who is in another country doesn't bother to follow the laws anyway.

(604) 251-1333 every fewd days this Number calls me with a dead silence or some computer generated tome please find out whos doing this or the 604 Police will investigate and if stupid kids fking around there gonna hear about it

1- (604) 251-1333 : this is an automated phone call from CROOKS saying they will reduce your credit card interest rate.Beware!!! these are BIG TIME SHARKS, phoning all the time, using a different phone number each time.Do not press any key, because their "long distance" charge will be charged to you.BEWARE!!!!!  

Got 2 calls within 1 hour from this number. Did not picked up.

My experience is the same as Arlene in Edmonton. (Excellent post BTW).And they sure do keep changing the number though the message remains the same.

Got a call from this number but didn't pick up.  I figured it was going to be some scam or another.Now going to the DNC complaint page to report this number.  If this is a Canadian-based number, the DNC can at least look into it.

they called on my home phone wich calls r transfered onto my cell, rrrrit says its from salvation army in vancouver bc :S don't know y they would me :S

As everyone has figured out by now, these are very annoying and useless calls trying to Phish information from you. God help you if you fell into their stupid tactics, I hope that in 2014 no one is so gullible.For you Guys in Vancouver BC Canada, this is an approximate location of the source of these calls, although not confirmed, it seems to be the headquarters of the server or phone number that calls. Maybe you should pass that on to your Local RCMP Fraud Squad. Thanks? for your help if you can do something.FYI, if you get calls from (604) 251-1333 or many other 604 area calls that can change daily and, if you are not sure who called you, don?t bother to even post a reply to this site. Report the number to your local RCMP in Canada, as a Fraud and Phishing  scam or, if you are in the USA, report  them to your Local authorities which should decide if the FSA should keep a track of all your received
