Obviously with the amount of comaints and bad reputation and given the fact that your company calls people like my personal cell phone that I am not even in the same province in nor do I know how they got my number in the first place I wouldn't ever do business with something unprofessional like that. People don't like to be called and bothered and door to door sales telemarketing calls. It's annoying and harassment. Tell your apparent "great company you work for" to get a clue and leave people alone. It's called advertising and if people want to go to them for business if it's actually legitimate then they will.

Scam scam scam

Just got a call and added them to my call block.  "She said we are a specialized income tax service".  I said I am not interested.  She wouldn't give up.  It went downhill from there.  You could tell from all the background noise that she was in a phone room with a bunch of other people.

Only reason I answered is because it was not an 8xx number and had a CID which often means it's legit.  No unsolicitied calls for random services I am not looking for that may or may not be on the up and up are legit as far as I'm concerned.

Never leave a message

I always get a call from these people. ?The company is called FBC they are small business tax specialists so they say, but it sounds a little fishy to me.  I did some research and it sounds like these guys are scammers.  check out this website i found on this company www.ripoffreport.com/fbc.  after reading this it sounds like these guys not only have unhappy customers, but unhappy employees too.  Does not sound like a business you want to do business with.  they have locations all over canada.  When they get you on the phone they are so rude to you and wont hang up until you let them book an appointment for some guy to come to youe house and sell you an accounting package worth thousands of dollars then they try to scare you into buying by telling you "you will be audited" what a shady way to do business.  they wanted me to pay them almost 10000 yes  ten thousand dollars because of how much money i make. they base it of my total transactions which is ridiculous  I make no money it all goes back into my business and they want a percent of the money i make.  after talking to some people who have tried and used this servicie they have nothing good to say - turns out when you leave this company your likely to get audited and thats when the fun begins.  do your research before you let these guys into your house, they won't leave until you buy and good luck getting your money back if they even call you back
