Claimed to be from Star Duct Cleaning

this company keeps calling me and wants me to set up and appointment for them

(519) 916-1353   today I got another call they are using the company name of  Crystal Home Services -wanting to know if we wanted our ducts cleaned - these people call constantly . First time a lady called  ( also indian accent ) usually it is a man.

The company is star duct cleaning. I found their website http://starairduct.puzl.com/testimonials.Telephone (289) 999-5160, (519) 916-1353.Email: ca.ductservices @ gmail.com I was told by the indian guy, they have office in Oshawa and Toronto. They always call around 1 to 3 while my kids are sleeping. Tried ask them nicely not to call, they hang up. Asked to speak to supervisor, they hang up. Tried ask them why they call us everyday, they hang up.

They call daily also I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor on duty and they hang up. That leads to me to believe that this is a scam. I have worked as a telemarketer in the past and when someone asks to speak to a manager or supervisor you can lose your job not passing on the call. First they have told me they r located in Scarborough and than Kitchener Scam scam scam if you ask me !!!

I have fed up with the constant harassment for these air duct cleaners.  We mentioned that we are on a DNC..they don't care.  I asked them where they are located, what company, address, etc  and of course they are liars.  I was speaking to them as I check on the internet and asked for their phone number.  Surprise, surprise...found them on this site...and all complaints.When I check on my caller ID the number shows up as (905) 882-4469
