Got a call from this number May 12 2011. did not answer and left no message

Same here. I answered the phone but all I heard was a "beep" then nothing. Who are these people and what is their game? Has anyone noticed any funny charges on their bill after answering such phone calls?

Got the call too, didn't answer. Caller i.d. simply said ONTARIO and the number

Just got this call on my cell,, to lower my interest rates on credit cards. Thing is,, I don't own credit cards, and this is a pay as you go cell, so no credit on that either!

someone called from that number too. Rang 3 times then stopped.Must be a spammer.

JUST LIKE SARA (JAN 18/11) just received a call to my (PRIVATE UNPUBLISHED 2ND LINE) work number, introducing self as Anna saying it was my last chance to lower interest rates on my credit cards, it waxs quite obviously a pre recorded message I just hung up...
