The number 519 - 663 - 8295  is TD Canada Trust  they call if you have any type of a loan through their bank, vehicle loan, RV Loan, Mortgage, Visa and so forth.  You do not need an account with them in order to have a loan with them, different Auto Dealers use them in order to finance you a vehicle and many RV Dealers use them to finance you an RV.  If you have ever had anything through Canada Trust it has all been transferred over to TD Canada Trust as the two banks merged a few years back.  There is no message left as it is an automated call that disconnects itself if answered by a machine, if answered by a person it will ask you to Please Hold...then an employee from TD will speak with you.   Usually in regards to missed or late paymetns only!
It is not a scam it is failure to fulfill your responsibilites!

Sorry I meant can't block 800 numbers or any toll free numbers, 866,877 I tried

Tel Co told me this. Also can;t block American # either

Called it back and got TD Canada Trust Payment

I keep getting calls from this number when I answer,there is no one on the other end !
